Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Trend Hop turns one or more user-provided photos into a newly generated AI video. Some effects also use preset template materials, such as a motion reference clip, a scene image, or a performance audio track, to guide movement, setting, and timing; the people (or animals, where an effect allows them), their appearance, and the generated scene come from your photos and the AI models. This workflow is designed for new image-to-video creation, not for swapping a face onto a person in an existing video or replacing that video's performers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

AI Models and Generated Content

Our effects use third-party AI models, including models from OpenAI, ByteDance and Alibaba, accessed through fal. The resulting images and videos are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies or unexpected artifacts; they are not recordings of an actual performance. Trend Hop is an independent product and is not an official application of, affiliated with, or endorsed by these model providers or COLORSxSTUDIOS.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age set by the law of your country, to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

What you may and may not create with Trend Hop is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which also describes the reporting channel and review process and forms part of these Terms. You must follow it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations and report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

Payment and Billing

Trend Hop currently sells one-time credit packs, not recurring subscriptions. Buying a pack does not start automatic renewal. Pack prices and included credits are shown on our Pricing page before checkout. Credits from new purchases are valid for 90 days (Starter), 180 days (Creator) or 365 days (Pro) from purchase, as shown on the Pricing page before checkout. Existing orders and previously granted credits retain their original expiration dates.

Credits pay for generation within Trend Hop; they are not cash, a third-party top-up service, or a transferable payment balance. The credit cost is shown before you start a generation, and each effect's displayed cost covers every stage of that effect. An estimate of videos per pack assumes the displayed generation cost and is not a guarantee of usable results.

Requests refused before generation are not charged. Technical generation failures normally return the credits charged for that task. If generation has run but its output is blocked by safety screening, or output verification is unavailable, the result is withheld and credits are not automatically returned. Contact support for review of the task. Credit returns and purchase refunds are different; purchase refunds follow our Refund Policy. An entirely unused pack is eligible for a refund requested within seven days of purchase. Any deduction of an actual, non-returned original payment-processing fee applies only where legally permitted, allowed by the payment provider, and disclosed before purchase, as explained in that policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Your Content and Generated Outputs

• You keep the rights you have in the photos and other materials you upload ("Inputs"). You confirm that you have every right and permission needed to upload them, including consent from any real person who appears in them.
• You authorize us and the service providers needed to fulfill your request to process, reproduce, transmit, and store your Inputs and generated results solely to provide, secure, moderate, and support the service and meet applicable legal obligations. This authorization does not grant permission to use your content in public marketing. Third-party processing and retention are described in our Privacy Policy.
• As between you and Trend Hop, you own the images and videos you generate ("Outputs") and we claim no ownership of them. You may use Outputs, including commercially, to the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and any applicable model-provider conditions. This permission does not authorize resale of platform access.
• Outputs are made by third-party AI models. Similar outputs may be produced for other users, and we do not guarantee that an Output is unique, eligible for copyright protection, free of third-party rights, or suitable for every commercial purpose. You are responsible for checking the rights and permissions needed for your use.
• We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content generated or uploaded through Trend Hop infringes your copyright or other rights, email contact@trendhop.net with: your contact details, a description of the work or right you believe is infringed, the location of the content (such as a link or task reference), and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized. We may remove or disable access to reported content and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The service software, interface, and our original site content are owned by us or our licensors. This does not transfer ownership of your uploaded materials to us.

Service Availability and Results

We use reasonable efforts to operate the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular completion time, error-free output, or satisfaction with every artistic result. Generation depends on third-party model and infrastructure providers and may be affected by outages, capacity limits, or model changes. Save results you wish to keep; the service is not a permanent archive. Our Refund Policy describes available remedies for failures. These limitations do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may request account closure by emailing contact@trendhop.net from your account address.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and all Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models, and we do not guarantee that any Output will be accurate, match your expectations, or suit a particular purpose. This disclaimer does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Subject to the exceptions below and to the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for an event arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the credit-pack order directly giving rise to that event. If multiple credit-pack orders directly give rise to the same event, the limit is their combined actual purchase amount. This is an aggregate limit for that event, not a separate allowance for each claim, and does not include unrelated prior purchases.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. They do not reduce refunds owed under our Refund Policy.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, and the resulting losses, damages, and reasonable legal fees, to the extent they arise from: (a) your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (b) Inputs you upload that you did not have the right to upload, including content that infringes another person's privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights; or (c) your use of Outputs in violation of law or the rights of others.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own breach of these Terms, negligence, or misconduct. We will notify you promptly of any claim covered by this section, let you take part in its defense at your own cost, and not settle it in a way that admits fault on your behalf or requires you to pay without your consent.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page, and changes take effect when posted; by continuing to use the service after that, you accept the updated Terms. Changes that reduce what you have already paid for, such as the validity of credits you have already purchased, do not apply to those credits. If you do not agree to the changes, stop using the service. Where applicable law requires advance notice of, or consent to, a change, that requirement applies.
